Z32 factory details

Post by Greensheep » Tue Sep 06, 2016 9:47 pm

Hi I am looking at a 1990 Z32 2+0 TT manual, what numbers or name plates do I look for to make sure it came out of the factory as a manual and isn't a conversion, I believe the turbos were different between manual and auto, I want to make sure it is an honest vehicle, any other tips and tricks to look for also welcome.
Thanks

Find the metal ID plate in the engine bay, a factory manual car should have FS5R30A as the trans axle code, like this:
